Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to credits and other purchases made for use on the Tutify non-downloadable streaming service, operated by ICONOCLASHTIC RECORDS ("we", "us", "our").

30-day refund window on unused credits

• Unused credits are refundable for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Refunds are issued only for the portion of credits that has not been used.
• If credits have been used as part of a streaming function, playlisting function, promotion, or any other service activity, that portion of the credit is non-refundable.
• "Used credits" include any credits spent, consumed, applied, or credited toward streaming, playlist placement, discovery, or related platform actions.
• Refunds are not available for credit losses caused by fraud, account misuse, policy violations, or unauthorized access if we determine the user was responsible or complicit.
• Refund requests must be submitted within the 30-day window and may require verification of identity, purchase records, and account ownership.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible, subject to payment processor rules and banking limitations.
• We may deny refunds for suspected abuse, chargeback fraud, or repeated refund requests that indicate misuse of the service.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team. Please submit:

• account name and email,
• transaction ID or receipt,
• purchase date,
• amount requested,
• reason for the request.

We may request additional documentation before approving a refund. Once approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable time, subject to payment processor and banking timelines.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle. Once a refund is issued, any stream credits or membership benefits associated with that purchase are removed from your account.

Pending reviews

Any refund, payout, or account credit that is under review, pending verification, pending processor settlement, or pending legal compliance is not guaranteed until the review is completed and approved.
